I have entered my lock code but it does not seem to work
Firstly, you must make sure you are entering the actual email address you registered with. Also do not copy and paste the email lock code you receive. Type it in instead. To activate your account you must enter your email and email lock code. You might have wrongly used your selected username instead of the email address.
