Anas b. Malik reported: I saw Allaah's Prophet (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) squatting and eating dates.

Anas reported that there were brought to Allaah's Messenger (sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam) dates. He distributed them in the state that he had been sitting upright (in an easy posture) and he had also been eating them a (bit) quickly.
