Al-Anbiya (21):25 [Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]   Arabic

And We did not send any Messenger before you (O Muhammad (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam)) but We inspired him (saying): L ilha illa Ana [none has the right to be worshipped but I (Allh)], so worship Me (Alone and none else)."

An-Nahl (16):36 [Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]   Arabic

And verily, We have sent among every Ummah (community, nation) a Messenger (proclaiming): "Worship Allh (Alone), and avoid (or keep away from) Tght[] (all false deities, etc. i.e. do not worship Tght besides Allh)." Then of them were some whom Allh guided and of them were some upon whom the straying was justified. So travel through the land and see what was the end of those who denied (the truth).

An-Nisa (4):64 [Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]   Arabic

We sent no Messenger, but to be obeyed by Allh's Leave. If they (hypocrites), when they had been unjust to themselves, had come to you (Muhammad (sallallaahu alayhi wasallam)) and begged Allh's Forgiveness, and the Messenger had begged forgiveness for them: indeed, they would have found Allh All-Forgiving (One Who accepts repentance), Most Merciful.

Al-Baqarah (2):213 [Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]   Arabic

Mankind were one community and Allh sent Prophets with glad tidings and warnings, and with them He sent the Scripture in truth to judge between people in matters wherein they differed. And only those to whom (the Scripture) was given differed concerning it after clear proofs had come unto them through hatred, one to another. Then Allh by His Leave guided those who believed to the truth of that wherein they differed. And Allh guides whom He wills to a Straight Path.

An-Nisa (4):165 [Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]   Arabic

Messengers as bearers of good news as well as of warning in order that mankind should have no plea against Allh after the Messengers. And Allh is Ever AllPowerful, AllWise.

Al-An'am (6):48 [Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]   Arabic

And We send not the Messengers but as givers of glad tidings and as warners. So whosoever believes and does righteous good deeds, upon such shall come no fear, nor shall they grieve.

Al-Kahf (18):56 [Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]   Arabic

And We send not the Messengers except as giver of glad tidings and warners. But those who disbelieve, dispute with false argument, in order to refute the truth thereby. And they treat My Ayt (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), and that with which they are warned, as jest and mockery!
